Early-access requests · Updated November 2026
What's collected
When you request early access to EVIE, Avialae Labs keeps what you type into the form: your name, age, location, email, phone number if you give one, the options you choose, and your answer about what you want from a home assistant, along with the time you sent it.
Why
- To invite you to EVIE early access and contact you about it.
- To learn what people need from a home assistant, so the right thing gets built.
What never happens
- Your information is never sold or rented, or shared with advertisers.
- You won't be added to unrelated marketing lists.
- This site uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party fonts. To stop abuse, the address your request comes from is turned into a one-way code and kept for 24 hours, then deleted.
Where it's kept
Your request goes over an encrypted connection to a database Avialae Labs runs on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and Avialae Labs keeps a copy on its own computer. Only Avialae Labs can read them: the website can add a request but has no way to read, change or list anyone's. No form service or mailing-list company sees it. Requests are kept until early access ends or you ask for yours to be deleted, whichever comes first.
Children
Early access is for people 13 and older, and the form doesn't accept younger ages. If someone under 13 has signed up anyway, write to the address below and it will be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent, or to stop hearing about EVIE, at any time. Email hello@avialaelabs.com from the address you signed up with.
EVIE itself
This page covers the early-access form. EVIE, the product, runs its AI on your own computer by default and asks before anything personal leaves it. It will come with its own privacy policy.
